The Bonsai Hero LED electric trimmer scissor isn’t your typical mass-produced in China tool. All components, in and out, are on the very high end.
The Bonsai Hero trimmers really are the perfect alternative to industrial trimming machines.
Their built-in power box and stock ability to hook up to 4 machines to a single control box does make the difference.
Our customers love this handheld trimmer because it’s more comfortable to use than scissors. It’s absolutely lightweight.
So don’t steer away if you’ve got weak wrists. This machine will make you rock your trim. With at least triple the trimming speed.
In case you need to run your trimming operations discretely, this machine is perfect. With just under 46db on the decibel meter, you can be certain it happens.
This Bonsai Hero LED edition also has a super bright LED light. You’ll see more when cutting.
See more, cut better!
This goes for both indoor trimming and outdoor use.
But what really makes the Bonsai Hero LED electric handheld scissor to stand out for inside work is its adjustable cutting speed.
Back that up with the really sharp blades and you’ll know why you’re getting manual trim quality.
The fast-moving blades are harmless, but be extra careful around these really sharp scissors.
You can easily transport your Bonsai Hero anywhere. It comes in a very easy to carry case, ready for work.
With full year warranty.
How To Use The Bonsai Hero Electric Handheld Trimmer
You’re just one minute away from trimming your first leaf with the Bonsai Hero LED trimmer.
But first thing is first. You need to plug your power supply into a well-grounded mains outlet. Just make sure to correctly adjust both the red (+) and the black (-) plugs into the supply unit.
If you’re planning to use a double set, you’ll need to hook up the second batch of plugs to the back side of the first set.
Things are equally simple if you’re going to work outdoors. You can rely on a 12V car battery. Just connect the same plugs to the appropriate poles of the battery.
Now it’s just a matter of switching on the power supply unit. Your Bonsai Hero LED will start.
You’ll want to keep the rounded section of the cutter close between your forefinger and thumb. This way you’ll be able to support the machine with your middle finger from the bottom.
The Bonsai Hero electric trimmer is really easy on your hands. You’ll just need to hold it and guide it with one hand, while the scissors do all the opening and closing by themselves.
Your other hand should be used to hold the stem directly, from under the bud.
But first, you’d need to cut the plants into 8 inches (length) pieces with a regular pair of scissors. The Bonsai Hero LED is only designed for leaves. Keep branches out of its way.
You’ll be removing large fan leaves incredibly fast with this piece.
Just consider gently shaving the product with the hand trimmer, turning it towards the machine in the meantime.
It’s not just the sharpness of the blades that make this electric bud trimmer awesome. They are actually designed to get in between the buds. So you can either cut tight or loose.
After just about an hour of running, your Bonsai Hero trimmer will reach optimum performance.
You’ll always need to make sure the blades are well adjusted. You should be able to lightly press the upper blade towards the other, while the moving blade is in a middle position.
Any adjustments to the blade pressure can be made from the bolt and nut.
This really is a crucial setting. Your smaller blade should move easily while being in contact enough with the other to make a proper trim.
If you ever go for an over tight adjustment, the motor will never reach its optimum speed and gradually generate heat. You’ll also wear all the moving parts quite quickly.
Other than that, there’s not much to worry about. The Bonsai Hero motor is maintenance free.
But how long it lasts actually depends on how often the blades are cleaned. Jamming a stem or anything never helps either, as it stops the motor from regular running.
How To Clean Your Bonsai Hero HandHeld Trimming Machine
Cleaning up your Bonsai Hero LED is extremely intuitive.
All you need handy is some isopropyl alcohol.
With just a little unscrewing you’ll reach the blades. Make sure to soak them in the alcohol to get rid of everything.
If required, you can turn to scraping the blades for a thorough clean.
We can’t stress how important it is to keep the blades clean. And not just them. After several days of work, the whole trimmer requires an in depth check for remaining plant parts.
Those can be simply brushed out.
It’s also recommended to keep the Bonsai Hero trimmer well oiled at all times. Hemp oil is all the rage for lubrication, so you should check out our clear-cut cleaner.
If you ever notice uncommon sounds or unexpected heat levels with your cutter, stop all work immediately. Be safe and inspect the electric bud trimmer for any dirt or poor adjustment of the blades.
No matter what you do, be sure to never use excessive force when reassembling the screws. It will hurt your machine big time.
Still, the blade will inevitably show wear signs after consistent use. It’s not mandatory to take action until trimming performance significantly drops.
When it happens, you simply need to look into getting a pair of Bonsai Hero LED spare scissors.
